For two years, I faced a challenging battle with Copper Toxicity, a condition that severely affected my brain and nervous system, leading to a loss of control over my autonomic functions. Emerging from this ordeal, my outlook on life was profoundly transformed, prompting my husband and me to embark on a journey towards holistic healing. Our exploration led us to discover the benefits of breathwork and cold hydrotherapy — powerful practices that regulate the nervous system and offer numerous additional advantages, including significant anxiety relief.

In today's world, where stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and various other challenges are increasingly common, the ability to alleviate these issues is invaluable. Having personally experienced the transformative impact of breathwork and hydrotherapy, I am deeply thankful for the opportunity to share these practices with others, helping them to find peace and improve their well-being.

As a Certified Life and Mindset Coach, my goal is to guide individuals towards their happiest and healthiest lives, leveraging the profound benefits of holistic healing practices to foster resilience, balance, and joy.
